Jonathan Croley, Commercial Partner, Ashfords
Jonathan, a Commercial Partner at Ashfords, specialises in energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects, including the rollout of electric vehicle infrastructure. His legal expertise spans from the conceptualisation of projects to their full-scale implementation. Jonathan’s recent work with local authorities and housing providers positions him as an expert on the legal and operational aspects of EVCI projects.
Matt Croucher, Chief Commercial Officer, Believ
Matt is the Chief Commercial Officer at Believ, a leading UK charge point operator co-owned by Liberty Global and Zouk Capital. With 14 years of experience in the EV sector, Matt has played a key role in advancing EV adoption, particularly for those without access to off-street parking. Before Believ, he led Zero Emission Mobility at WSP and has nearly two decades of expertise in transport planning, working with UK local authorities on sustainable transport, active travel, and air quality initiatives. Matt’s broad knowledge of EV infrastructure and sustainable mobility positions him as a crucial voice in the field.
Jack Breen, Engagement Lead, Baringa
Jack has extensive industry experience in the energy industry prior to consulting, across ExxonMobil and latterly serving as Head of Operations and Head of Energy and Commercial Projects for the UKs largest on-street EV charging network, Shell ubitricity/Recharge. He has leadership experience implementing profitable, rapid growth and has acted as commercial lead on market entry and acquisition projects.
At Baringa partners, Jack focuses on commercial and operations advisory for power and low-carbon businesses including renewable power generators, investors, EV and mobility and corporates seeking to procure renewable power.
